Error Codes
Please use the following table to help troubleshout any of the following known error codes.
| Code | Description | What to do |

| 401 | OrganizationId or ApiKey was not provided. | Verify if you provided the (correct) organization id and also verify if the format of your authorization header is correct. Consult Support for more information. |
| 401 | OrganizationId or Authorization header not provided. | Verify if you provided the (correct) organization id and also verify if the authorization header is present. Consult Support for more information. |
| 401 | Provided ApiKey is invalid | The specified API key in the authorization header is invalid. Verify in your API administration if you are using the correct API key. (https://app.crowdmanager.io > Administration > API) |
| 401 | Your IP is not allowed. | To allow API requests from your client machine, you need to white list the IP address of the client machine in your API administration. Administrator role is required! (https://app.crowdmanager.io > Administration > API) |
